Easy Returns Within 30 Days
At Omariq, we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, returning is very easy.

Return Period: You have 30 days from receiving the order to return items.
Condition of Items: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs
Defective Product: There are no costs for the customer. If the product is incorrect, damaged during transport, or defective, we cover all return shipping costs.
Customer Decision (Change of mind, size, color, or personal preference): The customer bears the return shipping costs. There is no restocking fee, and we refund the product price. Original shipping costs are not refunded (even if the initial shipping was free).
How to Return an Item
1. Contact: Send an email to our team at support@omariq.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Packaging: Securely pack the item in the original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documents.
3. Shipping: Drop off the package at your nearest shipping location, following the instructions in your return authorization email.
Refund Process
Inspection: Once we receive the item, we inspect it to confirm it meets the return criteria.
Refund: After inspection, the refund is processed. The amount will be refunded in the original payment currency (EUR or GBP). It may take up to 7 business days for the amount to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchange
Change size, color, or item? No problem! Contact us, and we will help you complete the exchange quickly and easily.
Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are excluded from returns. These products are clearly marked as non-refundable in the product description.
